"My dad sees Dr Jackson he is really nice really informative, he doesn’t push anything on his patients just keep them informed he’s very understanding and gentle he’s a great doctor !"
"I came here to review my appointment but unfortunately I cannot being that I was not seen. I arrived early for my 2:30 appointment at the Conyers location (coming from Downtown Atlanta) and after filling out the appropriate paperwork was told that I needed a prior authorization. When I called to make an appointment I was told that I needed a referral. Those are different things but I digress. My doctor sent over the referral at my request and someone from SE Lung Care called ME to make the appointment. I couldn't understand why I had to have a referral when I have been a patient at this office for more than 10 years but I again digress. I was told I would have to pay cash and asked how much it is. It took 20 minutes to get that information. I need my medication refill so I handed over my card and was told that I should pay before leaving. I filled out the paperwork and sat and waited. And waited. And waited. annnnnnnd waited. It was 3:30 when i finally went to ask the whale behind the desk when I would be seen. It took her at least 30 seconds to turn around and see me standing at the window because I was adhering to the "do not tap the glass" rule that's obviously...you know what? Nevermind. That part isn't important. I was obviously annoyed and raised my eyebrows in question being that I had been in the lobby for more than an hour and people that arrived well after I did were being called back. The whale says "It's not my fault" I said well it certainly isn't mine. I left. I just arrived home and quickly found a replacement and will be seen tomorrow. I hope I will be seen and not just left waiting with no explanation. It's not my fault does not suffice. Let me go see what is going on does but thats waaaaay to much to ask of a whale. THIS OFFICE NEEDS NEW WHALES! THE ONES THEY HAVE ARE RUDE!"
"I've been on a CPAP for 30 years. To continue to get supplies I had to see a lung Dr. They insisted on another sleep study. Would be my forth. I have several types of apnea. I know what they all are. The lady doing the sleep study confirmed each problem. Unfortunately, these quacks don't consult the technicians when they do the assessment. So I was miss-diagnosed. The quack insisted I use a bypap. I tried one and could not adjust. She would not allow me to have a CPAP which she agreed that I needed. It was a bypap or nothing. They make big bucks on monitoring fees. She basically fired me as a patient. I went here many times. Never saw a doctor. Not even in the hallways. This office is run by a nurse practitioner quack. So I'm stuck with my 30 year old CPAP. Hey it's probably better than the ones they make today."
"A wonderful experience in scheduling both a sleep study and then getting set up with my new CPAP. I go to the Greensboro/Lake Oconee office and my experiences have been absolutely wonderful! Dr Snyder was prompt and very professional. I never waited more than 5 minutes from my appointment times. And Laura did such an outstanding job of getting me set up with my new CPAP! She has been amazing and I’m so thankful for her and the team at this office. They have really taken care of me through this process!"
"These “professionals” run a clown clinic. After years of trying to obtain a cpap machine through their “sleep study” to no avail I had to order one online anyways. They were nothing but a speed bump in the process. After 10 minutes of online shopping I will have one next week! Don’t use this clown clinic!"
