"I want to say I love this place. I had came here with my first son and now my second son. Imma miss every single one of them. They are so kind and sweet and always make sure I’m good and the baby is good. I’ll forever keep coming back here."
"I’m taking the time out to write this review because I love everyone in this office. First off the office is always clean. I’m always seen within 10 minutes or less of me signing my name on the clipboard. They always remember my name and who I am. Maybe I had/have a good experience with this place because I have to come so frequently with this pregnancy. But I love it and would highly recommend. And at my last appointment, I got kind of sad realizing that may have been my last appointment with them but I’m gonna actually miss seeing everyone in this office who made me and my unborn feel welcome and took care of us my whole pregnancy!"
"The ladies at the front desk is their biggest issue. APA please double down on the training so they can give patients correct information. If you call them, always double check the information they give you because it may change when you get to their office. The staff seems like they are just there to do the minimum and go home. No hate on that at all, but for clients be aware of how much you’re paying for your visits and if their service is worth it to you."
"I have been using APA for 3 pregnancies and on this last pregnancy i have noticed a change for the better.(midtown location )The front desk staff needs to get better with their demeanor but it’s not horrible just not consistent. The 4 stars go to channell smith though, i always requested her to do my ultrasound she made me feel comfortable didn’t need me to undress to do a routine ultrasound and she answered all questions. All the doctors/Nps were good and i enjoyed dr page! He definitely gives an “about Buisness” demeanor but In a good way not intimidating at all."
"It took me a minute to find the office, as it is within Emory hospital. Once I found the office the front desk staff was polite and helpful. When I went in to see the ultrasound tech she was also polite and took all the measurements and pictures. However, said she couldn’t give any feedback as the doctor would explain everything, which was a little nerve wracking but I understood. Then I was called in by two male doctors that led me to an office. The one doctor that was sitting behind the desk introduced himself and the other doctor. He then proceeded to tell me that everything looked good and fine, which was a relief. He then pulled up a PowerPoint and began going over all the things that could go wrong along with statical charts due to my age and then told me about necessary testing due to all of this. This consultation was very cold and uncomfortable. He never asked anything about me, my current experience nor did he try to make me feel at ease. I understand the importance of sharing all possibilities, but attempting some connection or even acting like you have a concerned pregnant mama in front of you could have helped my comfort level a lot. I was paying out of pocket and was told the cost would be $300. Then I later found out I was charged an additional $395 for this “consultation.” I paid the bill and never went back. I gave two stars only because of the front desk staff."
