I flew all the way from LA to take care of my father and I scheduled the appointments he needed with different specialist so that he could get better. Well let me tell you, there is nothing special about Eric. Even though I was there with my father and given permission to speak on his behalf, Eric was super rude to me. Eric refused to speak to me about my father's condition. This man lacks bedside manner and he needs etiquette and customer service training, because he seriously lacks it.
