"After suffering a brain injury that involved disrupting my mental vision processing center, I was recommended to visit Dr. Serrano for a functional eye exam. At over 5 years out from my original accident and several doctors later, I have undergone a lot of vision testing and diagnoses. Dr. Serrano was friendly, competent and extremely thorough - he spent nearly 3 hours with me and actually uncovered a major eye condition that still had not been detected! I was very impressed. Post appointment dealing with his staff regarding insurance information, billing, and receiving documentation from the day has been quite difficult and non-communicative. I subtracted one star for dealing with those particulars."
