"So I was initially excited back in 2021 to find a Black female DR with a holistic mindset but soon after I was really upset. Starting with the fact that I was so overcharged for things I never initially asked for, meaning I went for an annual and left with a mental health diagnosis...My mother made a complaint and we let it go. was grateful to have gotten some type of indication of a mental health issue to better manage. I recently got a new job and have been calling, emailing and trying to get correspondence to get my records transferred to my new doctor covered by my employment insurance and have been given the run around for 3 weeks. I understood it was old records and at one point Dr. Cathy did call to try and help but now I believe her staff is screening my calls and email. Since it is a neurodivergent mental health issue, it could potentially have adverse effects on work so you could see the sense of urgency.. However at this point I don't even want the records, I'll never be back or ask for anything. Absolutely ridiculous service from start to end, and I truly would have appreciated more care."

"This is by far the worse service I have ever received. Dr. Cathy was late to all my appointments. In fact, she did not even show up to the second one, resheduled a third one, and attempted to charge me a no-show fee when I decided to cancel after she did not show up at all. I am so disappointed, because when I showed up to my first visit, it seemed like she knew everything that was wrong with my body. She did not even take 10 minutes to look at me, and of course, the illness did not go away. On top of that, I kept trying to explain my insurance plan and the office kept wanting to charge me more money every single time. At first, I was told I had to pay $750, then $100, and the $200 -mind you this amount changed four times within a matter of minutes. Words cannot describe how bad the communication is within the office as well as with clients. Please consider saving your money and visiting an organized and professional doctor."

"I have been seeing Dr Cathy for years. She has always been kind and professional. Her staff is all very nice as well. They always take a few minutes to strike up a friendly conversation. The office setting is very homey instead of feeling like you are in a smaller version of a hospital which can cause anxiety in many people. I definitely enjoy coming here."
