"They overcharged me over a YEAR ago and I have been trying since then to get my refund. The billing office confirmed they sent a refund check to the physical Bridgeway office in May 2023! I have called the office countless times and was told I need to speak with Tammy Brooks, the office manager, because she is “researching” the refund. She is never available when I call, and has never responded to a single one of my multiple calls or emails. I emailed the owner as well, who also never responded. I have contacted an attorney."

"I had an Echocardiogram here on June 21st and it took almost 3 weeks to get the report. If you’re newly diagnosed with a cardiac issue, this is pretty nerve racking. I got over that, but I was required to pay my “estimated” responsibility prior to my services being rendered. I received my EOB the next week showing an overpayment of $118. I waited for a refund but it didn’t come. I’ve spent over an hour on hold with 3rd party billing two days and was informed today that it was billed incorrectly. I reached out to BCBS and was told they were billed for an Echocardiogram. Can’t really mess that up. I called back to the facility and was advised they would send it to the “higher” ups and have it reviewed. I’m thinking about charging late fees and interest like they would charge me for 5 months of delinquency. Please think twice before going here. The front desk ladies are nice but the tech was very unfriendly."
