"Poor customer service. Employee said she was a supervisor in the billing department I had asked her to transfer me to a supervisor that was not part of the billing department but staffing. She she insisted that she wanted to help me anyway, But kept cutting me off every time I begin to speak about the Poor customer service experience before I was transferred, I literally had received poor customer service from both employees. She said she wanted to help but her actions and her words showed otherwise. I absolutely can not recommend this facility to my friends or family knowing how I was treated."
