"I had an excellent experience here, my first visit. I saw the PA Frankie and she was so kind and personable. She really listened to me about the issues I was having and put me on a path to get down to the bottom of it.There was a bit of a wait but it was well worth it because they spent a ton of time with me and even did blood work in office. The PA checked with Dr. Wilson and she had me genetically tested for a rare disorder that I had many many symptoms of. However, the second visit is when it went down hill. My blood work came back okay, it wasn’t normal but it was fine enough I guess, it wasn’t talked about much because the only thing we went over was that I didn’t have any autoimmune condition I was tested for. She reviewed the genetic results and made a conclusion that didn’t make sense. She essentially sent me on my way with no answers without ever calling on Dr. Wilson for clarity on what she didn’t know. I remember feeling very lost after that appointment. I think this is a great office for someone who wants to continue treatment, not find a diagnosis for something that can’t just be seen in blood work."

"I've been a patient of Dr. KImberley Wilson for more than 10 years. Yes I often have to wait past my appointment time, BUT if you have an autoimmune condition - you likely have a complicated condition. She has ALWAYS taken the time needed to address whatever was going with me-=-- sometimes I've been really good and sometimes not good at all. I have a high stress job, I live and work about 50 miles from the main office and i have a family, a house, a dog, etc. etc. BUT allowing time for these appointments is paramount to my health because I know I will get her full attention when I need her."
