"Dr. Young is nice enough, but this isn't a doctor's office I would recommend. The wait time to see him was over an hour which is not acceptable to me. I came for a physical and in the past, other doctor's offices are a lot more thorough and they took my blood for cholesterol and other things.... here, they just give you a referral to visit Quest for blood work! What a waste of time. The physical itself consisted mostly of the doc talking to me about his life. He asked me standard questions about my health, gave me typical health advice (drink water, excercise) listened to my heart and knocked my knees and that was ALL. I felt like I completely wasted my time. Then they wanted to schedule a followup visit just to go over my Quest lab results! I asked if they could simply give me a phone call (like most other doctor's offices) but they said the doctor doesn't like to do that. Tuh!? She then suggested I sign up with Quest to get my results (which I will). I won't be going here ever again. I will just have to continue my search for another African American doctor."

"Very bad staff and nurses! The named Doctor !!!!! has no respect to sick people . He rejected me as a patient after coming to the appointment and spending 1 hour sitting in his office making me to fill papers ...I have been trying with them for a month making sure if they really would accept my insurance card . P.s : I sent them my insurance photo a month before booking the appointment. ___They have a very nasty impolite nurse that kept laughing without being sorry for the situation and my urge to see a physician to treat my illness ."
