"The receptionist that answered the phone was very rude and hung up in my face as I was trying to understand the difference in my mother in law being a new patient or a transfer from another neurologist. She would still be a new patient. Please do not take your family members here. If she can be rude and nasty and disrespectful to someone she's never met, I can best bet she's rude to their current patients."
