"I initially came 1/08 and my son was seen with Dr. Daniels my son has never had dental work where he was awake and he was terrified. Dr. Daniel treated my son as just a job not a person. She was entirely rude and immediately dismissed my son with no form of comforting to him. Her assistant however was AMAZING she spoke with me and asked my son questions and with the info gathered she asked her over head if my son could be seen by an AMAZING Dr. by the name of Dr. Owens. This lady is so amazing as well as her assistant Ms Kinberli they made me as well as my son feel extremely comfortable as well as they both kept us informed step by step on the whole process. My son had no issues and was so thankful for these two. I would like to again thank them for all of their help. I almost let one lady destroy my experience with and office full of amazing people. I am looking forward to my children being loyal little patients of Dr. Owens!!"
"I love this dental office so much! My daughter has been going here for years now and I’ve never had a better assistant ever. I was greeted by Lenae and she was amazing! She made my nervous child feel very comfortable and not nervous anymore. Lenae was very friendly and understanding of my daughter’s nerves so she walked us through how the process was going to go. The one thing that really comforted my daughter was when the assistant told her if she feels any pain to just hold her hand and squeeze as hard as she wants and oh how my daughter loved that LOL! Dr.Johnson one of my favorite dentist here at this office. She is very amazing and also another reason why my daughter felt very comfortable today. This office is amazing and has great workers. If I was a child I would love to come here LOL. Highly recommend this Doctor and Assistant for my daughter always !"
"My granddaughter Bailey was a little nervous about having her first check up but she was put at ease with the entire group... you guys are amazing. Oh yes! Thank you for the T-shirt and the toy and the Colgate toothpaste and toothbrush."
"Busy place and they may do good work. However, my biggest issue is the lack of bedside manners and education. I brought 2 of my children in this morning. The hygienist (Courtney) who saw my 5 year old daughter was very personable and introduced herself. She made my baby comfortable and relaxed. The dentist introduced herself and did her exam. The dentist spoke about the treatment plan and asked about anesthesia. However, she didn’t give me details that the procedures will take about 4 visits. I learned this information by reading the paper that was given to be at discharge. However, Mario (or a similar name) who saw my 8 year old son, called his name and said “come with me buddy”. Because we’ve been teaching children about stranger danger their whole lives. It’s not like I’m not the mom who brought my child here. Anyways, I was polite and asked if I could come. He instructed my child to have a seat and lay back. I asked “may I ask your name”? I mean, who are you, what’s your title, and what are we doing today?? I didn’t say all of that, but definitely thought it. Rule # 1 at the bedside is establishing your patients trust. This is so important, especially with pediatric patients. I never saw the dentist who saw my son. I was given the papers with an itemization of work that’s needed and the cost. You have a well established and thriving business. Please do not lose focus on patient centered care. The relationships and care that’s established in these young patients will stick with them for a lifetime."
"They were extremely busy so there is about an hour wait… but they made my daughters experience great! No complaints from her. Cleanings with multiple children in one room. 6 patient tables in one room, with tvs available for them to watch."
