"I saw Debbie Thomas instead of the psychiatrist. She was not knowledgeable at all and always needed the psychiatrists consult. The Telehealth visits were incredibly expensive for being a 10 min visit where she ran through the same set of questions that she read off of a list. I’ve never met a mental health professional who was so interpersonally insensitive. I had a severe adverse reaction to a medication and she was not sure what to do about it. They forgot to send me one of my bills for OVER A YEAR. Once they found it, they continued to send it to me and call me. Finally they sent several payments through on my card without my consent, which is illegal in the state of Georgia. I wouldn’t go to a counseling or psychiatric practice that is willing to break the law."

"I came here after my father was killed, and I was in a bad place. I was seeing Debbie Thomas, but never seen the actual Doctor, she always needed the doctor's permission, so who was I speaking with? Now, I know the difference between a therapist and a psychiatrist, but my video visits were more like a questionnaire it wasn't your normal visit. I was asked the same question every single time we had a visit, which I felt was odd and pretty expensive to just ask the same questions, a Ten-minute visit for almost $300. Now I didn't read my insurance information, I was not in the right State of Mind so I thought my co-payments were $50 but instead, it was $75 I had been seeing them, for months so it accumulated, to $150 instead of them calling me asking me for permission to charge my card they did it on their behalf without my knowledge without any explanation or anything and let's keep in mind that I never even seen a doctor if I can give them no stars I would."
