"I made an appointment for a minor 3 weeks ago. I have spoken on the phone with several different employees to give a card number, authorization codes, etc for my minor child's appointment. We changed our Thanksgiving plans so that my son could go to this appointment. It's the day of and I get a call from the office canceling my appointment because the doctor we were suppose to see doesn't see children even though the website specifically says his specialty is children. Very disappointed with this office. Oh and apparently the ONLY therapist at this office that sees children is an intern who doesnt take insurance. Be very specific when talking to this office about your appointment because no one there has a clue as to what is going on"
