"Dr. Josh Gross is very busy, but I’m sure that is because he is a very good Dr. Sometimes the wait time can be long. He has done some surgery on my eyes and it has improved my eye health and vision . He instills a great deal of confidence in his ability and has helped me greatly. I would gladly recommend him to anyone. James O’Neill"
"The wait time was slightly longer than expected. Overall, I had a pleasant experience. Dr. Joshua Daniel took his time and explained the exam results and made me feel comfortable and confident about his knowledge. I would recommend him and the practice as a whole."
"Friendly and helpful staff! Doctors were very patient and took time to answer questions. Everything was explained carefully. Great team and great experience at each visit!"
"I visited this facility yesterday for a consultation on cataract surgery. From the moment I checked in I felt welcome. The receptionist was very sweet and friendly. Amber took me back and led me through all the necessary tests, explaining things as we went, and she, too, was very friendly and personable. I was then handed off to Janet who explained the procedure and had me watch a short video, then I was led back to the exam room. I waited a good hour in the room which only really bothered me because it was getting close to the time my daughter gets home from school. I could hear Dr. Josh Gross going over my scans outside the door and he seemed to be explaining things to someone who may be in training. He sounded very patient and knowledgeable. Once in the room he introduced himself, looked at my eyes, and rattled off info to his assistant/trainee while she typed it all into the computer. Then, miracle of miracles, he actually sat and talked with me about the procedure, what is going on with my eyes, didn't try to upsell me on any expensive lenses, and basically negated everything told to me by the other doctor I consulted with two years ago. He answered all of my questions, shook my hand, then his assistant led me down to Tracy, who got me scheduled for surgery as well as a post-op appointment for the day after. I have seen a lot of doctors of various specialties, and the staff at this facility is the absolute best I have ever encountered. Every single person I dealt with was wonderful. I HIGHLY recommend them for any of your needs. You will not be disappointed."
"Having your eyes operated on is a scary business. Regardless of how many times the procedure has been done by your ophthalmologist successfully you have reservations. Something going wrong and loosing something as precious as your eyesight is always in the back of your mind. The staff at Tristan’s did a wonderful job at setting me at ease and acknowledging that it can be scary but that I was going to be alright. I went into the procedure area with a little less stress for sure."
