"On November 27, 2017, I contacted College Board requested that my 2016 scores be sent to two organizations. I received an email from College Board stated that my scores had been sent. However, my scores were only sent to one of the organizations on December 26, 2017. I contacted College Board on several occasions to no avail. On Dec 18, 2017, a representatives told me that they had to merge my files but he would expedite my request once the files were merged. He assured me that this was the reason the scores were not sent and he would put a special note requesting expedition of my scores. On January 2, 2018, my scores still were not sent to the University. I contacted College Board in regards to my scores not being sent to the University. I spoke with Sheena, Manager (413918) who informed me that I did not request my 2016 scores. She alleged that I paid for the Dec 2, 2017 test scores of a test that I never took. Why would I request scores for a test that I did not take - there are no scores. Furthermore, there's no available options for me to select to request the Dec 2, 2017 scores. I tried to explain this to her but she would not listen. She told me the only way that I would have my scores submitted is to pay the $12.00 fee, AGAIN. If I wanted my scores expedited in three business days, the fee is $30+. She further stated that most schools would not accept the expedited copies. My question to her, why offer an expedited service if schools do not accept the expedited scores. I understand that $12.00 is not a lot of money but if College Board continue to have customers pay 2-3 times for copies of scores that they fail or refuse to send, they could make money. I really do not see the necessity of this organization. Scores are sent electronically and it should not be so much confusion on fulfilling customers requests or take severals weeks to a month to send scores. This is beyond the pale."
"I took my test in June where are my scores"
"I would give this organization a 0 star review if I could. Absolutely unnecessary organization. College board will do anything for money. They charge you copious amounts of money to press a send button for you. We also just spent 20 minutes on the phone just to find out their offices were closed. Thanks for ruining my life college board"
"I placed an order for my archived AP scores back in November. Various College Board representatives confirmed and have on file that my scores were received, processed, and sent out in early December. The scores are required so I can confirm to my college that I passed the AP English test during my Senior year in high school, and gained college credit for it. When I noticed the $25 fee College Board charges had finally been withdrawn from my account, I decided to check that my college received the scores, as I was doing a graduation advisement check during that time as well. This occurred in late February. My college confirmed they have not received the scores. When I called the AP section of College Board, a representative told me my scores was sent to both my college and my home. However, not only did my college say that didn't receive it, I as well never received these scores. The representative decided to forward my case to escalation and thus, began the nightmarish battle of trying to get a brand new set of my archived scores. I have been told that escalation has no contact number for me to call to check on the status. Several representatives have told me that my case now has the "highest priority" marked on it and that a small team of people from escalation are trying to see where my scores were sent to. This has been going on for over three weeks now where I've been told some one from escalation would call me to give me a status update. I made it clear several times that I need these scores within two weeks because I don't want to risk it interring with my graduation. These scores are absolutely crucial for me to graduate college in time. I'm due to graduate this semester, May 19th. I have tried to handle everything in a timely manner but College Board is making this absolutely ridiculous!!!! I have confirmed all of my information multiple times, both my email and the cell I left on file, just to make sure none of my info is incorrect. It will be going on THREE months plus that I've been dealing with this entire situation. The desired outcome I want is for my archived scores to be sent to me, AS WELL AS a FULL refund for all of the trouble College Board has put me through. I can understand needing several business days to dig up old scores, but THREE MONTHS????? In the time that it has taken for me to wait on a call from their "escalation team", College Board could have sent me a brand new set of my scores! I don't want escalation to "investigate" where the old set was sent to because at this point it does not matter. Resend my scores and reimburse me for my trouble!"
