"If you are interested in this school, make sure to get everything in writing. After touring nearly 15 schools, we were thrilled to choose Primrose Duluth West for our child. In the weeks leading up to our child starting, we called multiple times to confirm/ask questions/request additional information. Each time we called and spoke to the front office, we had to provide our child’s name, date of birth, and start date. We did not get the follow-up we requested when we asked for simple things, like the school holiday calendar for our PTO planning purposes. But, this school came highly recommended and we were excited about their curriculum, so we put those concerns aside. When we called two weeks before the start date to schedule orientation, they said they had no record of our child’s start date. This left us scrambling to organize childcare, and given the repeated issues with organization, communication, and follow-up in the front office, we decided to go with another school. We did not feel comfortable putting our child in their care, because they demonstrated a lack of capacity for simple things like e-mailing a calendar and writing down dates. Our child has food allergies - how could we be sure that is properly documented and accommodated? To top it all off, we of course did not get our deposit back that was paid ~2.5 months in advance of our child’s intended start date to secure the spot. Overall, a disappointing, stressful, and costly experience. I gave two stars instead of one because the facility is nice and the curriculum seems great."

"Primrose has been an excellent choice for my nephew! The staff was transparent and kind from day one, and our whole family couldn't be happier. Choosing a school for your child is one of the most important choices you will make as a parent, and it certainly is not easy. Being able to trust the team is very important, and Duluth West has been amazing. If you are considering a new school, at least tour this place."

"After a four month maternity leave I needed to find a daycare that I could fully trust with the care of my baby. I visited several daycares that I did not feel comfortable with, but once I found Primrose I knew that I could go back to work and know that my daughter was taken care of. Miss Maria is an amazing teacher in the infant room and clearly cares for all of the babies. I've been impressed with all of the one on one time and individual care that my daughter has received and it shows with her development. The updates and photos on the app give me peace of mind that I know exactly what is going on throughout the day and I can give my demanding job my full attention while I'm working. I would highly recommend Primrose to anyone looking for a daycare."

"My daughter has been going since she was 18 months old - It's been a year now, she has a medical case that always made us worry to put her in a daycare but Primrose Duluth staff was always very caring, they were very knowledgeable in how to deal with her and they were very caring. After the first couple of weeks we knew we made the right decision enrolling her there. Even though she changed classes and teachers they all were very caring and always had an eye on her. Thank you Ms Chris for being very selective with your staff. Also the director Ms Morgan is very knowledgeable and friendly."
