"On the one hand, Dr. Elzie is a wonderful doctor who I would recommend to anyone, and in-person visits are good, sometimes a bit of a wait, but no big deal. I absolutely hate their phone system. It is designed to make sure you never speak to a live human being. No one wants to press buttons only to leave a message. Just an unpleasant experience trying to call them."

"I went to Dr Elzie as a child myself, now I am going to him for my daughter. Service is fast and professional, nurses can work on customer service. They can be kind of quick and kind of cold it depends on how they feel that day. Overall experience 2/5."

"I have recently had an awful experience with this practice after being loyal to them for the last 7 years. My daughter was called in to repeat a urine sample a week after the first one. The first one had already been sent off to Quest Diagnostics. Although I was unsure of why we needed to repeat it again, I agreed to bring my daughter back in as I was told by Julie that there should be no charge. My daughter's second sample was not enough and I was told by more than one person that it was not able to be sent off to Quest Diagnostics and that we would not be charged. However, we were charged again. When I called to express concern, Julie did not have the best attitude and did not want to acknowledge their mistake. At this point, all I really wanted is for someone to take responsibility and simply apologize. Apparently that was asking too much. Julie put me on hold to never come back. I then called back and spoke to Lori and that conversation wasn't any better but she did finally agree to pay the charge through Quest Diagnostics. After this experience, I switched practices and thought that was the end of it until I received a letter from Dr. Elzie, the man I have trusted to care for my children for the past 7 years. This letter is extremely disheartening as I honestly did not feel this issue affected mine and Dr. Elzie's relationship. Yes, he is the one who requested I bring my daughter back in but he is not the person that advised me that there would not be any additional charge. I will never look at Dr. Elzie the same, and I am extremely disappointed in him as a doctor. Based on this, I would never recommend him. I'll spare you the entire letter but here is an excerpt. "It has become apparent that you have needs and expectations for your children's medical care that we are not going to be able to meet. Therefore I am withdrawing myself from your children's medical care.""

"Dr. Elzie is nice and my kids like him the Nurse Practitioners are great as well. Most of the staff is cordial and the wait isn't too long. I will say when handling phone calls a couple of the nurses can be rude sometimes."

"Love this practice, I met Dr. Elzie at the hospital when I had my son and he was just wonderful. I could tell right away he loves what he does. The staff is great too and all very friendly and helpful. As for waiting, I haven't had to wait very long but like the majority of doctor`s office there will always be a wait, that is completely understandable."
