"The staff are very friendly; especially the last that was working the window. It was raining so bad and she was getting soaked but all she was worried about was making sure she did whatever it took so that we didn't get anymore wet than we had to. Of course, the coffee was great, as always. Personally, I think it's a bit pricy so I don't go very often, however, the lady working the window, I mentioned above, will be the reason that I return to this particular location. She added a sunny disposition to a very wet and dreary day."

"I never wrote a bad review but this store had gotten so bad I rarely came here. They have recently been on a noticeable upswing. Orders are accurate, ready on time, items in stock and the team is friendly (as always). Thank you all for making positive improvements and helping me keep my busy morning energized and on time!"

"Ordered coffee at 8:15 in the cafe. The barista who took my order was great. The guy working the window turned around and loudly complained about customers coming in during the last 45 minutes of his shift. I was a waiter for years so I understand the food industry. That’s unacceptable. Customers are why you can pay your bills buddy."

"Best Starbucks in Columbus Georgia. Wait time isn't bad at all. This Starbucks gets all the overflow from veterans parkway and there's still twice as fast. I quit going to veterans parkway or other Starbucks because this one gives me everything I want quickly and accurately. The staff is very pleasant"

"Absolutely love this coffee place. Great options that aren’t extremely pricey as well as not allowing smoking on the outside deck was nice. It gives it that real feel good feeling when you’re enjoying a nice espresso. Definitely will continue to keep coming back."
