"Such a terrible experience today on my birthday 09/26. I had the opportunity to meet Ava. She was very rude and dismissive with me. I asked for some samples if any (because they were given items to customers). When I got to the Register. I told the cashier it was my birthday. She also asked Ava, if there was anything to give me. The way Ava spoke to me was just evil and she was annoyed. I couldn't understand why she was passive aggressive with me. I left with my head down and upset about this ordeal. I will be returning these items to another Ulta beauty. Because, I didn't get exactly what I wanted at this location. Terrible customer service from Ava. You deserve 0 stars for your performance, and for your behavior towards me. I will contact corporate about you Ava."
