"Easy to get in touch with if you need an appointment, but the way she files insurance is terrible and you will literally NEVER get a call back or your refund afterwards. You have to pay for the office visit upfront, once your insurance pays they are supposed to mail you your refund check. It's been 3 months of endless calls, voicemails and no ONE from her office will call us back or issue our money back. We have sent notice where the insurance paid her over $300 for our kids office visits (the same we paid the day of our visits) but she will not send us our money back. She is getting DOUBLE payments. You would think that after she has been in trouble in the past for insurance fraud she would be doing the right thing now."
