"Wow, this place discriminates against children with disabilities. Some of the doctors here, have restrictions on their license in other states and several complaints here and at the Thomaston office. I filed a formal complaint with the ADA."

"We always have a good experience at Zoe's. The doctor and nurses and staff are always so nice."

"Dr. Kong has the worst bedside manner. She doesn’t explain anything. She talks down to you when you ask a question. I’m shocked the thomaston office is still open. I haven’t had one positive interaction with her. When my child was 3 months old, she told me I needed to start feeding him water and vegetables because he was fat. The American Pediatric Association recommends only breast milk or formula until at least 6 months."

"Dr. Kong, the owner, is the downfall of the Zoe Pediatrics locations. She is cold, impersonal and lacks any amount of empathy. She makes the children uneasy and does not provide a emotionally safe environment for them. My son was calming down from a anxiety attack, she looked at my son and said 'you're pushing it' and because she was so toxic, my son wasn't able to continue calming down until she left the room. We ended up not being able to get his 9yr check up complete. We have had multiple other interactions with her like this. We now request Dr. Campbell and Dr. Burnette. Both of them are incredible and definitely have the heart for what they do. Before anyone says to change pediatrician offices, I would if I could, but I am limited due to insurance."

"Dr. Kong and Sabrina NP are amazing. Usually deal with Sabrina but had Dr. Kong today. Always wonderful, take great care of my babies and in a timely manor! Same day appointments when needed along with not sitting in the office for hours like I have at other pediatricians. Hours are great for working moms also. Front staff, MA’s, and techs are always friendly, welcoming, and caring. The phlebotomist is also great. She doesn’t have to poke my baby 100 times to get what she needs. Love them all!"
