"Every time I come to the doctor something wrong on my contact sheet no matter how many time I change it. To me that says mismanagement. In addition to this why do I come in early for my appt to not be seen for almost 45 mins later or longer? Why did I se the appt if I was bot going to be seen on time? My time is valuable just as well as you guys?"

"Took my son to get his 6 month check up, and stressed that I was worried about his headshape. Dr.mark I believe was FANTASTIC. He referred us to a physical therapist. Except when they referred us they didn’t put it through the tri-care portal. So I had to call the doctors office AT LEAST 10 different times, to ask the same thing of them…. To put the referral in correctly. It took them 3 MONTHS after was h of the ten times I called I was told it would be done in 24-48 hours. It got to the point I had to make an appointment to go in to express my concerns and (a different doctor) the doctor just downplayed my concerns, kinda laughed off my issue. This Zoe’s is super unprofessional and down right rude. I wouldn’t wish my worst enemies kids to go here. Would give it 0 stars if possible."

"My daughter called in a day ahead to obtain instructions on what she needed to do to pick up my granddaughters shot record for school. Was told no appointment needed to just come in and pick it up, we went in the next day to be told that the policy is they need 2 days to process. Called to speak to a supervisor, Spoke with someone who said that they were the owner, without mentioning his name he just angrily asked what I wanted? I told him about the incident not only did he reiterate the policy, he was unapologetic, unsympathetic, inconsiderate, down right nasty. Asked me what I wanted him to do? Said he already apologized all that he was going to and told me that I needed to wait 24-48 hrs for the shot record. In the past Zoe has been a great place with caring compassionate people. As of late staff has undergone many changes and the quality in care has declined."

"The nurse was great. The dr was dismissive. I asked her to check my daughters ear tube to make sure it was in place because it’s been bothering her and she looked for maybe 3 seconds and doesn’t say a word about it. I finally asked how it looked and she says “oh, it’s fine.” It’s not fine. I’m a nurse and I’ve looked at her ears myself. Also, because I’m a nurse I know it takes more than 3 seconds to properly examine tubes. I brought my son in for his check up and a vaccine. They chose not to give the vaccine because they didn’t file my insurance correctly and I had to do self pay. I went ahead and paid for the visit and vaccine, so I’m not sure why it was an issue at this point. The front desk ladies were nice, but didn’t seem to know what they were doing. I had to stay after the appointment to fill out paperwork that I’d already completed weeks before because they lost it. That paperwork had all of our personal information on it, social security numbers, insurance information, history etc. I’d like to know where that ended up. In summary. My appointment was at 0930 we didn’t leave until noon. The staff was rude to each other and trash talking each other to me in front of my kids. Incredibly unorganized. Wasted so much time. Lost important paperwork. They’re unsure of how to deal with insurance. The physical exam was severely lacking. The 2 main reasons I took my kids there were not addressed (vaccine and ear tube check). And again, they wasted so much of my time while being very unprofessional."
