"Unfortunately I cannot recommend this facility. The staff and nurses were great, but I had a bad experience with the doctor. This is not a shot at Dr Mridula Vinjamuri, but I want to share information that may be valuable to potential patients seeking care, especially given that this is an Oncology center, so quality of care truly matters. The doctor had not reviewed my history when she entered the room and wasn't aware of the details regarding my clinical situation, even though I was referred by my physician who shared notes and tests. She didn't offer any analysis of my blood work and she didn't give any actionable input. Bedside manners weren't good, as she behaved in a condescending way throughout the visit. Side note: when I came here I noticed that the only 5 stars review of this facility as of date is from a Mridula Vinjamuri..."
"Do not go here. I was billed $200 for someone to order a test for me. The doctor also forgot I was in the room waiting, and then, yelled at me for 15 minutes about birth control use. I had tried to ask a few questions about the reason I needed the test, but I was made to feel incredibly uncomfortable. In addition, no one responded to me about the bill. EDIT: I have contacted Piedmont Billing multiple times about my bill with no response. How would contacting anyone else be any different?"
