"Try getting past their machine. Phoning is a joke, you don't get HELP. Or you get a FORIEGNER who can't speak ENGLISH. They don't deal with hearing IMPAIRED. I wasted 30 minutes for help. Very poor EXCUSE of PACKAGE delivery."
