"Every one needs to come off their high horse. Never got an incorrect order. That poor woman that works there basically alone due to short staff. Short staff people! This means yes there will be hiccups and other things people are saying which is pathetic. Respect people that MAKE your damn food…!"

"For the what feels like 10th time I have ordered online and used my “points”. Every time the driver knows nothing about it. Don’t order extra topping bc u get less if even at best. Call in and manager is “always on a call”. Then after holding they do nothing other than act like a first day new hire and just wanna get off the phone to obv move and blow out the next complaint. Garbage"

"Had coupon for a free medium 2 topping pizza and enough points for a free cheesy bread but can't take advantage of it because they require a $16 minimum purchase for delivery. What sense does that make? I'm paying the delivery fee and tipping so why? What are the people who can't pick up because they don't drive supposed to do? I guess nothing. FYI, Papa John's and Pizza Hut don't have this delivery rule! Remember that because they are your competitors!"

"Ordered online. Checked on the tracker and said my order was fulfilled when I never received it. Contacted the buisness and they said that the person tried to contact me and I never received a phone call or text. They said they would send me another one and again it was never received."
