"I am not ordering from here again. I used to be a regular customer but here in the past year the quality has went downhill. I decided to order subs tonight. I ordered a ham and cheese no lettuce extra tomato and a club sub. The ham and cheese had lettuce, no mayo and no extra tomato ( was charged .40 extra for). The club sub only had about half the meat, no tomato and no mayo. I checked the receipt but it was as I ordered it. I don't know what is going on there but I am not ordering again!!"

"Smittys is one of our favorite local restaurant BUT it seems that since new ownership has taken over many things on the menu have changed. Smittys is Well known for its AWESOME pizza that no longer taste the same as it had for many years in the past. Today for lunch I ordered one of my all time favorite subs off the menu. First they have a new ordering system and it took me 5 minutes to order a sub over the phone for pick up, once I arrived I’m lucky I did at that time because it was on its way out the door for a delivery order when I clearly stated I wanted to do pick up. Secondly, when having my sub I noticed they are no longer using the same deli meat for the turkey sub making it taste NOTHING like a smittys sub. The only enjoyable thing about my lunch was the Mister Bees chips that came with it. It’s very sad to see a locally owned business go down hill due to new ownership. Changing things that were not broken makes costumers not want to return."

"Bought what I thought was a homemade cheesecake for $53. Got a $14 dollar frozen cheesecake from Sam’s Club. They didn’t even take it out of the original box and put it in one of their own. Unbelievable!"

"Great place. Stopped to eat during our trip. The staff was very professional and very friendly. Great small town and small business vibes. Food was fresh, and everything tasted great. Prepared upon order. Very small dining area, but suits the entire milieu. Best things were the friendliness of the staff, great food, and the cleanliness. Will definitely stop again, if in the area. Thank you!!"

"I order a salad with extra bacon bits and you know what I get. Like what is that? Where is my bacon bits at?? Then when I call to tell them about it because this is NOT the first time they have done this to me. The woman that answered the phone was very disrespectful yelling at me hung up on me. And told me she could fix it after I told her that I have not even touched the salad. Then she hangs up again but never fixed my order. I’m so mad. This is not professional."
