"Bought 2 packs of sterling silver pierced earrings. They are tiny hoops. I cannot get them fastened. Took them to the store the next day and asked them to help me. They refused, saying it's against health department rules. They pierce ears but can't put my earrings in and fasten them? Also no refund or exchange, do I'm out $32.."

"I shop here occasionally for squishmallows and a few other trending plushes but today I stopped in around 12:45pm and the lady working was the best! She told us about the buy 3 get 3 free deal and was so helpful and friendly! None of the other employees ever offer deals. Not to me at least. They normally greet me and that’s it. This employee today made sure we were finding what we wanted and made sure to answer our questions if we had any. I’m not sure what her name was but if I ever see her working again I’ll definitely stop in again!"

"I saw the old blond woman make fun of a costumer with the mall cops also the ear piercings are done improperly with blunt force trama instead of a needle. They're called piercings for a reason not bluntenings. Also they don't clean the gun either, I watched one staff member use it 9 times before actually disinfecting it. All around awful place. Don't be rude to a costumer simply asking a question. It's like she never grew out of "I'm the most popular girl in school" phase. It's sad. Narcissistic and condescending. That's the kind of ADALTS that work here, that woman was at least late 20s early 30s acting like a spoiled brat. Wal-Mart dose proper piercings with a needle go there instead."

"I got my 2 yr old daughters ears pierced there today. They were so patient and kind. Made it quick. They took very good care of us and the ladies who work there are so nice. The store was clean and organized despite being very christmas busy."
