"I had the absolute worst experience at App Nails today. They never have enough staff so my manicure was very rushed and the lady didn’t even take the time to do my dip powder properly. When she was finished and I expressed some concerns that I had she brushed it off and jumped to the next customer waiting. After my pedicure and staring at my nails for a long length of time I asked for either the dip to be redone or for them to just remove it completely. She then argued with me that nothing was wrong with the dip powder and that is was my actual nails that were the problem. I then stood and argued with her for probably 5 minutes instead of her just admitting the mistake and fixing it. She told me that if she did remove the dip powder that I would still have to pay for it. Terrible terrible customer service. Worst I’ve ever received at a nail salon. Will definitely not be going back there ever again"

"if i could give this place 0 stars i would. the receptionist is very sweet and very helpful but the second you sit to get your nails done the “nail techs” are very rude and disrespectful we were here for over 2.5 hours for nails that look like a 12 year old did them. i wanted a cursive L on my ring finger and she did a Y when i asked for it to be redone i got attitude and refusal. my friend wanted a simple V shape french tip and he attempted to do it and the lines were crooked and he dropped paint all over them. she politely asked for them to be cleaned up and he told us to leave and refused to fix them."

"I called that night and they had a spot for me. I had a dip manicure and she applied it by BRUSH! I have never had that done before but it was the coolest thing to watch. My natural nails are thin and they peels. So fingers crossed the brush application of dip was thicker (she asked about thickness) and hopefully this will last longer. She also shaped them as I asked. Short and coffin."

"This place is great. The owner was so nice and she’s a true nail professional. She did pink and white refill on my nails and also was honest to say some of my nails were lifting and she redid those for me. She was very efficient with her time but still detailed and the shaping was great. I will definitely be back."
