"This location has always been hit or miss but sports clips had an hour long wait so my son begrudgingly agreed to go to great clips. Told the stylist I wanted it faded but still a little longer than his last measurements. She was very cold and acted like she hated her job. Made rude comments about how it’s been over a year since he’s been in. That’s because he doesn’t like getting his hair cut there since they always mess it up. The only reason we went today cause it’s the only day I had time and everywhere else was closed. This lady scissor cut his whole head never once used clippers even though I said to fade it. The back is so choppy and uneven plus she brought it up way too high. his bangs are uneven and she basically gave him a bowl hair cut. There was also another father in who needed his son’s hair fixed cause they messed his up too. When we were checking out the stylist made a very serious face and said you should really get his hair cut every six weeks. Not “it's my recommendation to keep the hair trimmed more often” with a smile on her face. Like I’m a terrible mother who just neglects her child. Try making a stubborn pre teen cut his hair when he doesn’t want to, especially at a place he knows might mess his hair up. Which is my fault for taking him but never again."

"So disappointed. I literally told the “stylist” I hadn’t left my bed because of depression in 3 days and just wanted a cut to feel better. I even washed hair myself before I went in. I ended up being forced upselled into a product I did NOT want or need after multiple times saying NO but also a ridiculous looking cut that my 3 year old niece could have done. All while the stylist and her coworkers talked about going shopping for shoes in Columbus for the weekend. I get it, she even told me they don’t usually do women’s cuts always men’s but how was I supposed to know that? Worst experience ever!"

"So beyond upset over my haircut. I have long hair and now I practically have a bob. I asked for 1 inch off in length and some long layers and I come out with most of my hair gone , uneven & extremely short layers. My hair looks so bad I don’t even want to leave my house. I left bawling my eyes out in my car because of how short and choppy it is."
