"I ordered a piece of furniture that was to be delivered by Estes. My home is on a slight hill. The delivery driver didn't call ahead, nor did he knock on the door to let us know he had arrived. He just dropped the 200+lb package in the driveway. The package was damaged as the box had holes in it. I called the local Estes location, complained about where it was dropped and asked for assistance getting it into the garage. They responded that they would have the driver stop by later in the day to assist. No one came to assist, not did they call me back. Find another more professional carrier for deliveries."

"Been dealing with Estes for a year now , personally. Our Driver has been Eric Richards. He does wonders. We have storage units instead of a warehouse and this guy works his butt off for his customers. If i could give 10 stars I would. If you get Eric, you are in good hands"

"I received a call in the morning a package would be delivered today. So I waited and waited going to the door every time the dog barked at a vehicle’s approach. 6:30pm rolls around and I have not heard anything, so I call them. The reply was “oh, this was sent back to the terminal due to weather.” Well how about a courtesy call letting the customer know instead of just leaving them to guess the whereabouts. Wasted my day. Would not use this company again if Home Depot has other carriers."
