"Picked up, and I was in and out in a few minutes."

"The dispatcher declares your address as 'difficult access', even when it's not, to try to get you to meet the truck near the highway and offload freight onto your own vehicle. You've paid for delivery to your address, and saving the freight company time, distance, and money isn't your problem. Bypass the dispatcher's shenanigans by asking to have driver call you 15-30 mins before delivery. In my situation, the driver looked at the gps map, knew he was perfectly fine to turn around (i.e. not 'difficult access') and we blew off the difficult-to-deal-with dispatcher."

"Zero stars would be a better rating. The company was contracted to perform a pickup (given a two day window) and, while there was no snow, ice, hurricane, or anything of the sort, they failed to pick up. The never called me to say there was any type of problem. They just didn't do the work. As a result, I have a loss of thousands of dollars and many dissatisfied customers due to the freight having to be forfeited at the dock."
