"Extremely disappointing service. Provided a “next day” shipping option with an estimate of one day shipping (the most expensive option), but failed to note, explain, or provide for a “weekend shipping” option which would allow for the package to actually be delivered. Clerk was incorrect on the estimate by 3 days, costing $70 more to the customer for no benefit. When we returned to fix the issue and seek assistance, she said the manager was unavailable and did not own a cell phone, providing no options for resolution. Do your own research, do not trust the staff at this store."
"The ladies here are friendly, professional, and super helpful! I will go out of my way to receive the customer service they offer. I was not sure how to return an amazon package. Morgan said “no problem” and quickly assisted me with taping and cutting. She also told me some other options that might be a little easier for next time. Thank you!"
