Asian Chao

"It’s very confusing with the reviews since maki Japan and Asian chao for some reason swapped names. Now online they have the reviews all mixed up. Asian chao is now the spot near Chick-fil-A in the mall which used to be called maki Japan. Anyways this place is way better than the one on the otheride which is now called Asian chao. The chicken may not be as fresh grilled, but it doesn’t just taste like straight up oil. I love the noodles here always wishing they have more."

"The food is extremely greasy but customer service is worse. I was charged extra for food that I didn’t even order. Before I could put my card back in the wallet. I asked for a receipt and the cashier lady got so upset and asked why I didn’t ask her before she rang up the customers behind me. She said it was my fault that she had to spend an extra 37 seconds printing the receipt. I ordered the $8.99 meal with no drink and my total was $11.76. They are over-charging people here. Please beware and pay attention to your receipt."

"The rice just tasted like soy sauce and very greasy, could go lighter on the soy sauce. The green bean tip were not removed and some had long pieces hanging out of the green beans, they were also mushy either sitting out for along time or over cooked. The orange chicken was the only thing that was okay which didn’t taste too bad. However I did have a upset stomach the day after could be the food, but can’t confirm. Also they charged me about two dollars more for two sides and one meat but I only got one of each."

"They get through their lines quite quickly and get you in and out fast. If you’re looking to feed your family a meal that will get them full at the Mall of Ga without spending too much then this is the place for you. They give our free samples in case you want to try something before you buy."

"We always enjoy the food here. They are located inside the Mall of Georgia in the food court. Everything is super tasty. They also allow you to get one free refill of your drink and the food portion is quite generous as shown in my photos. We got the double Chicken Teriyaki and Shrimp teriyaki all the time."
