Sushi Niko Niko

"I’ve been coming to this establishment for about 8 years very consistently and over time the food quality has just gotten worse. It use to be the worst service but I recently came here again for the first time in maybe 3 months and my sushi was burnt! I’m not one to usually complain and i was in a rush and STARVING. I ate and left but this is very upsetting. What use to be my favorite place to eat has turned upside down and has just gotten poor with the quality."

"We came here on a Friday evening at 6 PM. They were not busy. We were seated in the Habachi side but at a table. (We were not eating hibachi). I should preface this review that I don't eat sushi or care for Japanese food. I ordered Chicken Breast Katsu fried rice. The rice was good and flavorful, but the chicken had a weird taste. It wasn't disgusting, but it wasn't good. It was almost as if the chicken was cooked in old oil. My husband enjoyed his shrimp fried rice. Our server was friendly. They automatically charge 20% tip for large parties, which was fine since our server did a good job. This place can get extremely loud. A huge group of high school kids came in to eat, and it was unbearably loud. Overall, it was an "okay" dining experience. I only came here for a family outing, but I wouldn't make a special trip for this place."

"NOT GOOD. Our first time here, it was pretty bad. The waitress was either having a bad day or just completely unaware that she was supposed to take our order, get our order, give us the check, etc. It took forever to get our food and this was around 3pm after lunch rush. We were 1 out of 3 couples there. Our food sat up by the sushi chefs for about 10 minutes. The atmosphere is great but besides that the service and sushi were just aweful in my opinion. I don’t have high standards but for the price, you expect it to be a lot better. I won’t be going back. The Ginger Salad and Miso Soup were just aweful and in the rolls the seaweed was so chewy we had to pull it out. The quality of the sashimi is sub par."

"This is my 1st time here and the outside scared me a little but I was hungry for some sushi and it was the closest place to me. So glad we came! It wasn't busy at all and the food came very fast. I ordered #41 Kappa on the Sea Roll (no rice) and my son had #5 Mall of Ga.... Delish!!!"

"When pulling up to sushi Niko Niko I was like oh no, I think I picked the wrong spot. But we went in any way because everyone knows not to judge a book by its cover. Inside wasn't too bad. I did have to use the restroom and it was clean as well. Our waiter was nice and the food came fast. The food was definitely beautiful and very good! When I'm in the area and am in the mood for sushi, I will definitely be back!"
