"I don't think these people understand that without terriyaki sauce, their terriyaki chicken is just grilled chicken. It's the sauce that makes it terriyaki. I also don't know why they don't tell customers that they don't have terriyaki sauce before they pay. I paid with my credit card, and they refunded me in cash smdh. This location always has issues anytime I come. Only reason I give it chance after chance is because it's on my way home from work.....but I give up. This location will not recieve my business anymore"
"Very quick service. Food is always fresh and delicious! Best orange chicken anywhere around that I’ve had. I’m shocked this is “fast food.” Much much better and healthier. Brown rice too! Broccoli is yummy. Bowls are perfect size for lunch or dinner."

"Ordered a big plate of orange chicken and chow main. Came home and opened the plate to see chow mein with no noodles, just vegetable. Called the store to notify that this was the second time that happened. A male employee picked up the call. I went onto notify him what happened, how there was no noodle and how it was the second time. He did not say a single thing, pretending the call was disconnected. Terrible experience. Should never go here."
