"I ordered a truck pickup for our product to be picked up on 2/28/23 but unfortunately that didn’t happen. This is the most unprofessional company that I have ever scheduled to pick up my product, and will only be downsized due to incompatibility to operate in a professional manner. Do not use this business I would not recommend them.."

"We have used Estes for years for shipping with no issues. We had a shipment delivered to our customer as damaged. We filed the damage claim and submitted copies of all invoices to substantiate our claim amount of $3,700 (of which $1,700 was additional shipping we paid to Estes to pickup the damaged unit and ship a new one to our customer). We have received 1 letter from Estes denying our claim as no damage noted on the pro. We pushed back and now received another letter denying the claim stating there was damage but it was due to inadequate packaging. So Estes does NOT back their services!!!! Find another company to work with. They’re willing to lose a long standing customer over a $3,700 damage claim. ****. Edit for updates**** we sent an email to request why our claim was denied for inadequate packaging. We sent photos of our pallets, we have shipped the EXACT same for years with Estes. The Estes representatives only response to our request was “its not packed properly”. That literally was the only thing typed on the response. Estes does NOT care about their customers. We highly recommend you use a different company!!! Also we emailed the teamsocial… have received no response."

"Driver was able to maneuver a large truck into my rural area. He unloaded 2 large heavy pallets by himself and had to back his large truck out of the hollow for probably at least 1/4 mile. He called before the delivery and was friendly and efficient. Definitely recommend Estes. They have trained and reliable drivers."
