"Wow, in the last few months me and my boyfriend have stopped here a handful of times. We want to place our order then his dad call in to pay for it. Seems simple for a pizza place that takes payments over the phone multiple times a day. Every single time we have been there, the staff acts like it's an issue and even the management has been rude to us repeatedly for no reason. We are always polite and place a reasonably simple order. We have never felt welcome and always been treated as a major inconvenience that leaves us uncomfortable the entire time we sit there and eat our food. One time I was told I wasn't even allowed to charge my phone at the outlet in the wall next to our table. These are usually managers taking our order and they have not been the least bit friendly or had any type of customer service skills. I have not only eaten in many restaurants but worked at countless restaurants and never seen such repeatedly regular rudeness from staff members. We love the food and we have went back a few times because of that but it's very hard to keep being a customer somewhere that you get such poor service. So the food is fine, the service is incredibly poor."

"It was very slow when we dined in. Our hostess turned out to also be our server and our cashier. When we were checking out. She did a great job juggling the three positions as a few other customers came and went. The outside and dining area of the store were very clean. The bathroom could have used some work. The food was hot and the drinks were cold. That's pretty much all you can ask for after a good service."
