"Toya is professional and I respect that about her. My experience with my child was not what I thought it would be given the experience she mentioned. I expected for my child to have some sort of IEP given her background, but it seems she followed a generic book she read from. I gave her an honest shot of 3+ weeks, and we did not focus no more than 65% towards my son's 30 min sessions (which really on seemed to be 15 min due welcoming and exit songs). Doing my own research, a client should reach at least 85% of the focus of each session we may have possibly achieved this twice. The alloted timed at 5pm after she's worked a full-time job wasn't fair to any of us, the energy or engaging did not seem there especially during the reading. Just to stop and say I hate making negative posts, but this was necessary given the impression given from the conversation prior to beginning our sessions. My child is on the spectrum and the window of making sure early intervention is successful is so critical. Just had to end our sessions. I would recommend she be honest with herself and the amount of effort being applied in particular circumstances, and not just to have another client for revenue."
