"Worst customer service given to a family member by a lady that works in this location. Jeffrey is a great agent but the other lady needs to get fired. I heard myself how this lady called back my family member with a rude attitude and just hung up on us. That I had to go to the Doraville branch to get my concerned answered because we were not in the mood to see her face. This is not the first time I have an unpleasant experience with this lady. If your going to hire agents make sure they want to help and have great customer service like Jeffrey. This lady needs to be held accountable for having bad customer service. If you don’t want to help or have a nice attitude with customers then you should really reconsider this job! .If no actions are taken to get this lady fired then that says a lot about Veloz not caring about the customers concerns."
