"I would have given their services a higher rating if it wasn't for the disorganization that I experienced with this company. I was asked for my information roughly 5 times and they still managed to mess it up each time and I would constantly get messages threatening to cancel my appointment if I did not provide my insurance/ appointment confirmation. That wasn't so bad as they were decent about the mistake, but then I had my appointment which my therapist which ended 10 minutes earlier than the 60 minutes after she recommended that I really think about coming back, quickly pushing me off the call. She also took a call about halfway through taking another 5 minutes, not normally an issue for me but then I got the bill. They charged my $305 for an hour appointment with just a counselor (double the rate they have listed on their site) after telling me I was completely covered which I was referred to them and am 100% covered for their services, then they kept messing up my insurance information and then wouldn't respond when I asked about it. Honestly the session was alright though I felt like she wasn't truly listening to my concerns, but they are not organized very well which is concerning when it comes to mental health. I don't want another stressor added to my already stressful life."

"horrible! they cant get their act together. They asked for my insurance card 3-4 times via text, scheduled appointments only to cancel them because they claim they didnt have my insurance card which i sent via text as requested, then i sent via email and got an appointment weeks out. had to ask for a sooner one since im really not in the condition to wait. Then the therapist is late to the appointment and tells me to"find another therapist". HORRID behavior. Right after rescheduling again, they send me a text saying they couldnt charge my card for cancellation that they cancelled!!!!!!! not me, then i get a call bullying me into putting a card on file after having already made several mistakes. I will not put my card on file so you guys can screw up my finances as well. Im 100% covered and that is the end of the story. You should be out of business and closed down for good!."

"They will lie to you and say your insurance is covering the visit only to bill you $400. Regardless of this, my visit was a complete waste of time as my therapist dismissed my claim of social anxiety because "you don't seem nervous now." A complete joke of a company"

"I seen Alexandra on Moday my meds was due yesterday tuesday. Still not called in. I've called I've begged to get them called in nothing. I'm going on two days with out my Suboxone as of tomorrow. I've called I've txt and all I get is she has appointments back to back and I have to email. Nothing. I'm not happy to say the least."
