"I called this morning to obtain information about the program. The operator was rude and told me to call back when Ms. Berry is in. However, she was unsure of when that would be. And hung up abruptly. I called back to inquire about an extension number for Ms. Berry. Apparently, she is working from home and does not have a number. Doesn't sound like a business that really wants to help."
