"It’s been over a year since my son’s referral was given to Hope Bridge and he’s still not been seen. They always have some ridiculous excuse every time we call to ask why. Edit: we finally got our son in and evaluated. Overall, the experience was ok."
"My daughter has had significant improvements since attending Hopebridge. The staff are very nice and greets everyone with warm greetings. Alexus is very sweet and informs me in a great manner on the activities her and my child do throughout her session."
"Hopebridge in Macon has been a wonderful clinic for my son. We have been with them since they opened, and we are very satisfied! Our son has made so much progress, and all of the staff has been great! The only complaint that I have is once they receive a certain age they are "graduated" out no matter where they are within their progress goals! :("
"This has been a dreadful process. when my nephew was referred diagnosed, we called in and was looking for quicker turnarounds to get referrals, they told me to get the referral and they would turn around quickly. I got the referral Jan 30 to them. we called them a few times being told it was not there then needed to send custody papers, then they could not talk to wife. Today in April i called in and was told dont call us we will call you... when i told her I what i told her she said in a rude tone " I doubt they said that". I told her that is what they said and please do not call me a liar, her response was well they will call you, goodbye. IF that is how they treat me, makes me wonder how they would treat my nephew. I am beyond livid. I guess you can act how you want when options are limited in Macon area."
"I have to say that I agree with others about the waiting process for hopebridge. It takes a long time to get your foot in the door. But once my Granddaughter started here, I realized that there is one teacher per child. My Granddaughter is 9 years old , so she is one of the older students with a late diagnosis of ASD. But in the few months that she has been going to Hopebridge she has shown some big improvements at home and at school. The teachers are all friendly and they really work hard with each individual child. They also teach parents what to do to help your child continue to succeed. It is a wonderful place."
