"I am posting this review from a patient perspective. Being a physician specializing in Rheumatology, one chooses a physical therapy group, either through recommendations or personal knowledge of the therapists themselves. In my situation, I’ve been using benchmark physical therapy for many years and then, when I had a partial left knee replacement. I then chose them as my own personal physical therapy group. There is no question that their underlying reputation of being a “good physical therapy group” is understated. I found them to be superb. While you are basically assigned to one physical therapist who will follow you most of the time, the others are also aware of your needs so they may become involved when needed. Having hours six days a week, starting early and ending late , accommodates to those who are working and those who are not. But it is their genuine deep caring and outgoing personalities that makes the sessions enjoyable. Their understanding of rehabilitation allowed me to return back to my pre-surgical state easily within the three months that were expected. In addition to be knowledgeable, they supervise and correct what you are doing wrong not just giving you instructions and doing exercises. When you exercise, you need to make sure you’re doing it correctly and this is some thing that I observed was occurring with all of the patients who were undergoing therapy the at the same time as myself. In closing my rehabilitation was extremely successful under the guidance of a superb group of therapists and I continue to recommend them highly ."

She was very instructive and taught me about the ways to not only reduce the tension around my neck and shoulders, but also how I could improve my lifestyle and posture for the long term.
