"Getting therapy with Cristiana is, and I am not exaggerating, literally the best decision I have ever made! I had never participated in any form of therapy before, and was not at all used to speaking to anyone, let alone a stranger, about my feelings or thoughts. She always found a way to gain an honest understanding of me as a person, not simply defaulting to any set process or program, but instead choosing to get to know me as an individual, and modifying my therapy to whatever method she thought would best help me!
