"My experience makes me sad because I really liked my group leader, Austin. Last month, I came to an agreement that my balance would be paid at the end of August. In the middle of the month, the owner, Erin, charged my card without informing me prior. I sent an email explaining that I have a small child at home that I need to budget for, and to please inform me if they were planning on charging the card. We had come to a consensus that my card would be charged at the end of the month, so I’m not sure why she was randomly charging it anyway, but I digress. Erin verbalized in her email that she understood and would inform me before running my card next time. Well, my card didn’t get charged at the beginning of September like I had budgeted for. Instead, two weeks into the month, my card was charged AGAIN randomly, without my knowledge. I’m not sure what kind of practice they’re running, but do yourself a favor if you’re struggling and seek help elsewhere - these people are a money grab. This whole experience has me disturbed."
