"Horrible establishment, the receptionist should be fired TODAY! She is extremely unprofessional and lacks compassion. I could not even make it to the point of meeting with doctors because she discouraged me so much. I will be seeking treatment elsewhere, in today's day and age supporting black businesses is something I love to do, but with this kind of service I will not be supporting this establishment in any way, shape or form. I do not recommend EVER seeking help from Day by Day EVER!"

Her expertise and amazing “bedside manner” (for lack of better words) in mental health lays out at warm and inviting space to be vulnerable and honest! The staff is professional and sooo kind."

"I did their intake/assessment and couldn’t get therapy with them because they were busy. I asked to be put on their waiting list rather than being referred to one of their partners because most of their reviews seemed good. Now they’re saying it’s been too long and I have to do another intake. I can’t tell you if their actual therapy sessions are good but ask about their availability before you spend over $100 to fill out a form and answer some questions."

"The front desk receptionist is extremely rude. I’ve been waiting for 3 weeks after being diagnosed for my medication. There was some sort of error that prolonged me getting some relief. I called and the same receptionist has answered every time I’ve called. She seemed very short and snappy the first 2 times a called. She told me she would call me back once she knew something and she did not, causing me to call to follow up a couple days later. Our third conversation she hung up on me. I had a great experience with the physicians here however they need to reevaluate how front desk deals with client care."
