The maintanence team is always good and on top of everything. So if your looking for a place to live go for it! They also have different options for places!"

"My friend currently lives in these apartments. From the manager to the people that have to live here is completely inhumane. The bugs are terrible and my friend has asked for months thru maintenance that for her child’s sake it’s taken care of and still has yet to see change. With that being said I’ve seen homes get broken into and damaged and when the victims call in for help or for the damaged doors/windows to be fixed, they are simply ignored or told it is their responsibility to have those things fixed ! Now obviously I could go on for ever about the things WRONG with living here but what I’ve already said should be well enough !!! Other then that the place is pretty looking but they don’t tell the ugly truth behind the beautiful place :("

"The place is awful. If anyone knows the name Duane Mills, his clone operates these apartments. Once Joey Mayes became manager, cameras were removed because he in involved in everything that happens up there, people hang in breezeways in groups, cars get hit on top of junk cars being parked for months at a time leaving no place for people with reliable cars to park, cars have been broken in to multiple times and there is nothing done. He will tell you cameras will be up soon but he’s been saying that since he took the others down months ago. If he was in decent manager, he would make cameras first priority with all the things that have been reported. the electric bill runs just as much as rent in the cooler months, cold air pours through the sliding doors, out of the fireplace, and through the front door cracks. There is always leaks, inside the apartments and water leaks that raise your water bill. My old apartment almost caught on fire 3 times from the heating and cooling units they use. They are very old and nothing is updated. There are fire extinguishers but they are outdated. The manager tries to hit on and get with the women up there, he goes in apartments with tenants and smokes weed and sells drugs to them which is why he wants no cameras to begin with. The place is a joke. I wouldn’t recommend anyone decent to live there."
