"I started seeing Martha Baker, but have only been able to receive one partial appointment because of poor communications through Perimeter Therapy Associates: 1) There was an issue with documentation. The process I was provided from PTA was different than what Martha said I should have received. Therefore, I had to redo my paperwork before my initial appoint could commence. 2) After having to wait over a month for my second appointment, it was cancelled within 12 hours of my scheduled appointment. 3) I received no assistance when rescheduling my appointment and had to wait another month for an new one. 4) My new appointment wasn't cancelled rather a no show, with Martha and PTA expressing different information regarding who was at fault. 5) The PTA website lists outdated contact information for Martha. Thankfully her work cellphone number was still accurate and she quickly responded. However, when I reported the issue via the PTA phone line, they said requests to update their own website would have to go through Martha. This is the most unprofessional behavior I've ever seen from a therapy group."

"Tried twice to work with Michael. Intake document was set up very poorly, and had errors in its variable data sections. The most egregious were the radio button sections that only allowed one input per column, but needed to accept multiple values. First session was rescheduled by Michael, and the at the beginning of the second was when he told us our documents had errors – something that we could have tried to rectify in the time between our rescheduled meeting. The errors were explained to him by my partner and she showed him everything was there. Michael did not seem to care about helping us, and was not willing to accept that our forms had been completed even after it was shown to him. A month of wasted time when we could have been seeing someone already."
