There is mold around the vents that they won’t fix. The porch needs rebuilt and they lied and said we were next on the list but now my friend is living there and the house is still in the same condition . They are penny pinchers and will get every dime they possibly can from you. I would absolutely never recommend"

"Finding reputable rental properties with trustworthy property owners/landlords can be stressful. There is certainly a necessity of knowing your property owners/landlords are trustworthy. Tenants are screened but the most noted way to gain knowledge of the property owners is through reviews. I write this review with gratitude as I have found that finding upscale rentals is a very difficult process. In my search, I found many properties to be unkempt. Then, I found Property Connections. All inclusive of utilities, furnishings and most importantly, tenant-friendly owners. Property Connections are prompt with responsiveness. The property is well maintained and manicured. Property Connections staff treat tenants with respect, present with a friendly demeanor and maintain professionalism. My first week as a resident, my internet went out. Property Connections presented within an hour after I called, the internet was back on within two hours. A winter storm came just before Christmas. The outside heating unit froze and despite my efforts with dripping faucets, the water froze. Maintenance, Chris, presented promptly. Chris quickly set up heaters to keep the property warm. He then worked relentlessly in the freezing cold, on Christmas Eve, as he accomplished getting both the heat and water back on. Chris smiled the entire time he was working and was very friendly and professional; despite working in the harsh elements, on Christmas Eve. I express gratitude as my family presented to celebrate Christmas, one hour after completion of Chris’s dedication and demonstrated strong work ethic. All too often, rental properties lack adequate maintenance and are not tenant-friendly. Typically, tenants are not aware of this until they are already residents. I attest that Property Connections is a reputable rental organization that care for their properties. More importantly, they go above and beyond to ensure safety and satisfaction of their tenants. Property Connections is the only rental property organization in the area that I rate at five stars and highly recommend."
