"My birth mother is trying to move out and we are waiting on Holly to respond and told her that until she moves out they won't give the new landlord a slip showing her monthly payments were always on time. She has lived their for 3 years. Roaches, fire alarm, and mice. So happy she is moving."

"Moved here about a month ago and is ok.. Trouble with not enough hot water to bathe. Have to heat water on stove to take a bath.. caretaker man checked my refrigerator the first week of January. nd said they would replace it now says he never said that. Why would he lie about that?"

"I was recently an employee at agsten manor. Iwas discharged for refusing to work a 21 hour shift after already working 15 hours in a single day so I went home..The staff with an exception of the new service coordinator is very unprofessional the manager cannot do the job duties as listed. .There has been numerous complaints about bedbugs and the management not being respectful to others. I am not writing this because I was fired from my job I'm writing this because Noone else will stand up and say what's right and to make people see what kind of horrible staff that this complex has. DO NOT GO HERE FOR A APARTMENT OR ANY THING. She lies about bedbugs to everyone that applys. There is a around 20 apts. That have bedbugs issues. Just a warning to people if they decide to get info on this place"
